CERF II Storage JV provides cross-docking services at our strategically positioned Amsterdam Westpoort and Rotterdam Maasvlakte terminals. Cross-docking enables the direct transfer of inbound shipments onto outbound vehicles with minimal handling time and no intermediate storage, significantly reducing transit times and operational costs for time-sensitive cargo.
Our facilities are equipped with multiple loading bays, handling equipment, and dedicated cross-dock staging areas designed to turn around shipments efficiently. We coordinate inbound vehicle arrivals with outbound departure schedules to ensure smooth, uninterrupted flow across all cargo types.
Cross-docking operations at CERF II are managed by our logistics coordination team, who liaise directly with carriers, freight forwarders, and end recipients. All handling is documented and compliant with Dutch and EU customs requirements, with same-day turnaround available at both terminals subject to booking.
We handle general cargo, palletised goods, and containerised freight. Clients with recurring cross-dock requirements benefit from scheduled slot agreements and a named logistics coordinator assigned to their account.
