CERF II Storage JV operates temperature-controlled and customs-bonded storage facilities across Amsterdam and Rotterdam. Our cold chain units maintain consistent temperature ranges for perishables, pharmaceuticals, and other climate-sensitive cargo, with continuous monitoring and alarm systems throughout.
Our bonded warehousing facilities hold the required Customs Warehouse Authorisation issued by the Dutch Customs Authority (Douane), allowing clients to defer import duties until goods are released into free circulation. This is particularly advantageous for importers managing cash flow across multi-leg supply chains.
Temperature-controlled units operate across a range of -25°C to +15°C, servicing frozen goods, chilled produce, pharmaceuticals, and cosmetics. All cold storage operations are logged and documented for full chain-of-custody traceability.
Bonded storage clients benefit from our in-house customs team, who manage all T1 transit documents, customs declarations, and regulatory filings on their behalf. Goods can be stored, inspected, re-packed, or consolidated while remaining under customs suspension.
Cold and frozen storage from -25°C to +15°C with continuous monitoring and traceability records.
Licensed bonded facilities enabling duty deferral on imported goods until released into free circulation.
Full documentation support — T1 transit, CMR, and customs declarations handled entirely in-house.
